1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes the content and behaviors that are prohibited on Clipperia. This AUP is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination without refund.
This AUP is not exhaustive. Clipperia reserves the right to take action against any content or behavior that we reasonably determine to be harmful to the Service, our users, or third parties, even if not explicitly listed below.
2. Prohibited Content
You may not upload, process, or store any content on Clipperia that:
2.1 Sexual Content
- Contains sexual content of any kind, including nudity, sexually explicit material, or sexualized imagery;
- Contains sexualized content involving minors or persons who appear to be minors — this is subject to our zero-tolerance policy (see Section 2.2);
2.2 Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
- Clipperia has zero tolerance for CSAM. Any content that constitutes or depicts child sexual abuse will be immediately removed;
- The associated account will be permanently terminated without refund;
- We will report the incident to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline and cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.
2.3 Violence and Gore
- Contains graphic violence, gore, dismemberment, or extreme physical harm intended to shock or disgust;
- Promotes, glorifies, or incites real-world violence against individuals or groups.
2.4 Harassment and Abuse
- Is intended to harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate any person or group;
- Contains doxxing, non-consensual intimate imagery, or other content designed to cause harm to individuals.
2.5 Illegal Activity
- Depicts, promotes, or facilitates illegal activity, including but not limited to drug trafficking, weapons manufacturing, fraud, or money laundering;
- Violates any applicable local, national, or international law.
2.6 Copyright Infringement & Piracy
- Infringes the copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of any third party;
- Contains pirated content, unauthorized copies of copyrighted works, or content distributed in violation of license agreements;
- Violates the privacy, publicity, or moral rights of any person.
2.7 Malware and Harmful Code
- Contains or distributes malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, spyware, or other harmful code;
- Uses links in metadata, descriptions, or other fields to distribute malicious content, conduct phishing attacks, or redirect users to harmful sites.
3. Prohibited Platform Behavior
In addition to prohibited content, the following behaviors are not permitted:
- Credential sharing: Sharing your account credentials with any third party, allowing unauthorized persons to access your account, or using another person's account without authorization;
- Abuse of free credits: Creating multiple accounts to circumvent credit limits, obtain signup bonuses, or evade account suspensions;
- Scraping: Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape, crawl, spider, or extract data from the Service without prior written consent from Clipperia;
- Reverse engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code, algorithms, or underlying structure of any part of the Service;
- API abuse: Using the Service's APIs (if any) in a manner that exceeds rate limits, violates documentation guidelines, or imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
- Automated abuse: Using automated tools or scripts to interact with the Service in ways not expressly permitted by Clipperia, including automated account creation, automated uploads beyond normal usage patterns, or automated credit manipulation;
- Denial of service: Attempting to overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure, including distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, resource exhaustion attacks, or exploitation of system vulnerabilities;
- Unauthorized security testing: Conducting penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, fuzzing, or any other security research against the Service without prior written authorization from Clipperia;
- Unauthorized resale: Reselling access to the Service, sublicensing your account, or commercially exploiting output generated through the Service without a written agreement with Clipperia;
- Circumvention: Attempting to bypass usage limits, rate limits, security measures, access controls, or any other technical restrictions imposed by the Service.
4. Enforcement
Clipperia reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to violations of this policy, including but not limited to:
- Warning: Issuing a written warning for minor or first-time violations;
- Content removal: Removing prohibited content without prior notice;
- Account suspension: Temporarily suspending access to the Service pending investigation;
- Account termination: Permanently terminating the account without refund;
- Legal action: Reporting illegal content to law enforcement, cooperating with investigations, and pursuing civil remedies where appropriate.
Enforcement decisions are made at Clipperia's sole discretion. Terminated accounts are not eligible for refunds of any kind. Clipperia may, at its option, preserve evidence of violations for legal or regulatory purposes before removing content or terminating accounts.
5. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or behavior on Clipperia that you believe violates this policy, please report it to legal@clipperia.app. Include as much detail as possible, including URLs, descriptions, and any relevant context.

We will investigate reports in a timely manner and take appropriate action. We may, but are not obligated to, inform the reporter of the outcome of our investigation.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
